Redd's Men's Cuts originated in 2017 in Duvall, WA and has expanded to Lake Stevens, WA in 2020. Our fast-growing and very busy men’s hair shops offer single services, such as Clipper and Scissor haircuts, Hair Washes, Beard/Mustache Grooming, Waxing, and Straight Razor services. We pride ourselves on having a family friendly atmosphere and quality haircuts. Our shops have an industrial look (concrete floor, exposed ceiling, natural woods) with throwback hits on in the background.

Here at Redd’s Men’s Cuts, we are looking for Stylists / Barbers with a positive attitude and a love for conversation. We want fun upbeat personalities and smiles!

Continuing Education

Our shops offer constant on-the-floor training and continuing education that will keep you up to date with the current and popular hairstyles.

If you would like to learn, we will teach and provide continuing education with the use of a straight razor and all our razor services. No experience needed!

Current cosmetology, barber, hair design license applicable to state requirements
Willing to work a flexible schedule
Ability to provide exceptional client customer service
Reliable with showing up to work
Good communication skills
Strong work ethic
Ability to work in a Team atmosphere.
Capable of performing administrative tasks such as completing transactions and scheduling appointments
Do your part to maintain a fun, drama-free environment that supports and respects each other.
Do continuing education provided by the company to improve on current technical skillset.
Make sure that every client walks away from your shop with the best possible haircut and experience.
Work with your team to ensure the shop is clean and meets shop standards.
